When the construction industry was submerged in all sorts of wheeling and deeling, Engineer N.H. Najmi didn’t waste time being bitter about it. Instead he chose to start his own business where he could religiously follow the rules that were deeply rooted in his mind and soul. Today, after nearover two decades of intense labour, he is at the head of an organisation that handles huge projects. And at the place he has created, honesty and integrity reign supreme. Besides earning a degree in engineering, Engineer Najmi has acquired tremendous knowledge and a wealth of experience about effective management techniques. During his busy life he found time to attend specialized courses and seminars. His propensity with this particular area of his profession led him to author several papers on engineering management. That’s why when he is at the helm of affairs even the most complex and nerve-racking problems appear simple. And they get solved well ahead of time.
